**Market Analysis**
This week, the phosphate fertilizer market is in a gaming state between high costs and weak demand. Next week is expected to see monoammonium phosphate continue its weak-stable pattern, supported by high costs but affected by weak agricultural demand and industrial-grade monoammonium phosphate decline, with prices still having fluctuation space requiring attention to autumn fertilizer preparation. Industrial-grade monoammonium phosphate still faces downward pressure; without improvement in new energy and agricultural demand, inventory pressure will force companies to offer discounts, not ruling out minor price declines. Diammonium phosphate remains firm, supported by domestic demand release, export support, and high-level costs. Export policies for small phosphate fertilizers and compound fertilizers are key.
Recent urea factory prices in Shandong, Henan and other regions have fallen to 1,600 yuan/ton, while Xinjiang urea prices for export from the region are as low as 1,250 yuan/ton, both creating new lows since late January this year. Current urea prices are at historically low levels; therefore, measures are necessary to help stop the decline in urea prices.
Recent interviews with agricultural input distributors in Guangdong, Xinjiang, and Liaoning revealed current market characteristics: Guangdong region maintains high fertilizer prices with active demand in cash crop areas but faces e-commerce competition; Xinjiang's winter wheat fertilizer preparation is generally delayed due to land contract policy impacts, with farmers' fertilizer habits shifting toward low-cost, self-blended fertilizers; Liaoning market is in traditional off-season with basic stagnation in grassroots fertilizer demand, with distributors mainly focused on maintaining customer relationships.
