According to the profit warning announcement, AUX ELECTRIC (02580) expects revenue of approximately 30.00 billion yuan for the 2025 financial year, up from 29.76 billion yuan in the previous year. Profit attributable to owners of the company is projected at about 2.20 billion yuan, compared to 2.91 billion yuan a year earlier.

The lower profit is attributed to higher raw material costs, elevated channel inventory, and subdued end-consumer demand, which have intensified competition domestically. This market situation prompted downward pressure on selling prices for air conditioners and reduced the gross profit margin. The figures in the announcement are based on the group’s preliminary unaudited consolidated management accounts and are subject to adjustments. The final annual results are scheduled for release in March 2026.
