September 10th afternoon - At the Global Supply Chain Sub-forum of the 2025 Global Smart Logistics Summit, Cainiao officially launched its cloud warehousing logistics product and related support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The product leverages Cainiao's nationwide warehousing and distribution supply chain system to provide stable and efficient one-stop warehousing and distribution services for SMEs, supporting seamless integration with omnichannel e-commerce platforms. It will gradually open access to digital tools such as intelligent replenishment and intelligent customer service, truly enabling SMEs to enjoy the technological benefits of "large-scale supply chains" and cost-effective warehousing and distribution supply chain services.
With the Double 11 peak stocking season approaching, Cainiao has enhanced its offering with an exclusive "first 100 orders free" benefit: merchants who sign new contracts before October 31st can enjoy complete fee waivers for operational fees, express delivery costs, and packaging materials for their first 100 regular orders (excluding remote areas and overweight special packages) within 15 days of signing. Additionally, upon signing, merchants can use Cainiao's inventory management tool CNBP for free, enabling automatic inventory synchronization and helping effectively control risks of overstocking and stockouts.
Zheng Yang, General Manager of Cainiao Global Supply Chain B2C Domestic Retail Division, stated at the conference: "Currently, many SMEs still face pain points in warehousing and distribution, including high costs, complex management, poor experience, and difficulties in warehouse distribution. Cainiao Cloud Warehousing significantly lowers the threshold for merchants to access high-standard warehousing and distribution logistics services. Without the need to build their own warehouses, invest in heavy assets, or meet order volume requirements, merchants can easily access Cainiao's intelligent warehousing and distribution network nationwide and share the cost advantages brought by economies of scale."
Currently, Cainiao Cloud Warehousing has opened in over 20 cities including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Dongguan, Jieyang, Quanzhou, Shanghai, Suzhou, Jinhua, Hefei, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Shangrao, Shenyang, Langfang, Shijiazhuang, Baoding, Linyi, Taiyuan, Chengdu, and Chongqing. Merchants located in these cities can achieve "nearby warehousing" and can also flexibly distribute warehouses according to order distribution, significantly improving logistics response efficiency and regional coverage capabilities.
