At the "23rd Annual Management Conference—Connectors in the Intelligent Era," held on November 27, 2025, in Beijing, Xu Shaochun, Chairman and CEO of Kingdee Group, delivered a keynote speech.

Xu highlighted Kingdee's evolution from a traditional enterprise software provider to a leading enterprise cloud services company, with cloud-based solutions now accounting for 82.3% of its revenue. Over the past three years, Kingdee has successfully replaced high-end systems like Oracle ACPP for over 300 major clients, demonstrating its capability to compete in the large enterprise ERP market.

The company is now accelerating its AI transformation, having launched more than 30 AI-driven solutions this year. One notable product, "Kingdee Financial Key," analyzes financial reports from over 20,000 global listed companies, enabling businesses to benchmark their performance. Additionally, Kingdee has developed AI tools for internal financial analysis and automated report generation, further solidifying its AI-driven approach. Xu aims to position Kingdee as a world-leading application software company by 2030.

Beyond technological advancements, Xu emphasized Kingdee's philosophical mission. The company developed an AI assistant named "Seeking Wisdom from Wang Yangming," which offers guidance inspired by the ancient Chinese philosopher. Xu believes that as AI reshapes global business practices, China must develop its unique management model, blending tradition with innovation.

For 18 years, Xu has championed the exploration of a distinct Chinese management philosophy, asserting that the AI era presents an opportunity to redefine leadership and operational excellence.
