On September 4th, SINO-OCEAN GP Executive Director and CEO Wang Honghui held a symposium with Wang Bing, President of Beijing Natural Resources Assets Association, and his delegation. Beijing Natural Resources Assets Association is a professional association established under the guidance of Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources to promote scientific management of natural resources. The association aims to fully assist the government in systematically optimizing the allocation mechanisms of various natural resource asset elements. President Wang Bing introduced the association's basic situation, business scope, and the market-oriented operation of natural resource "asset packages," elaborating on their important role in promoting green finance and economic growth. Vice President Ru Xiaobin, Vice Secretary-General Zhong Faliang, and other leaders provided detailed interpretations of the policy background, transaction mechanisms, and confirmation models for business implementation through practical cases.
CEO Wang Honghui stated that SINO-OCEAN GP possesses a professional core team with significant advantages across all business formats and the entire industrial chain. Facing industry transformation, the company is constructing a sustainable development model by strategically positioning itself in new sectors including elderly care, construction management, inventory asset revitalization, urban renewal, and customized housing. The company is willing to actively explore cooperation opportunities with Beijing Natural Resources Assets Association to contribute to the high-quality development of the ecological industry.
Currently, although the natural resource asset sector is in its early development stage, it contains broad development opportunities.
