QHD PORT (03369) has announced the appointment of Mr. Zhang Zhihui as Chairman of the company's sixth Board of Directors. Additionally, Mr. Zhang Zhihui has been appointed as Chairman of the Strategic Committee. Mr. Ding Xiaoping has been appointed as a member of the Strategic Committee and Chairman of the Compliance Management Committee. Mr. Liu Simang has been appointed as a member of the Compliance Management Committee. Mr. Liu Wenpeng has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Nie Yuzhong no longer serves as Chairman of the Compliance Management Committee. All other members of the Board's specialized committees remain unchanged.
