Sales revenue from coal operations amounted to RMB89.33 billion. Among self-produced commercial coal, thermal coal production showed a mild year-on-year growth, while coking coal production decreased 18.2%. Proprietary coal trading revenue declined year on year, attributed to both lower average sales prices and lower sales volumes.

In coal chemical operations, polyolefin production declined 13.5% year on year, while urea and methanol production increased 21.5% and 21.8%, respectively. Unit cost of sales for self-produced commercial coal was RMB257.67 per tonne, 10.1% lower than the same period in 2024, driven mainly by reductions in materials expenses and higher utilization of relevant safety and maintenance funds.

During the reporting period, the company’s net cash flow used in investing activities increased due to capital expenditures and higher intergroup lending, while net cash flow used in financing activities decreased year on year due to higher net debt financing and lower cash dividends. As of 30 September 2025, the total number of ordinary shareholders stood at 92,932, with China National Coal Group Corporation remaining the largest shareholder, holding 57.43% of the issued share capital.
