Zhongke Group Holdings Limited disclosed that its auditor has formally adopted a new corporate identity. Effective immediately, the auditor’s English name changes from “Prism Hong Kong Limited” to “CLA Prism Hong Kong Limited,” while the Chinese name transitions from “栢淳會計師事務所有限公司” to “思立安栢淳會計師事務所有限公司.”

According to the Board’s notice dated 26 August 2026, the adjustment concerns only the auditor’s name; no other modifications to the audit engagement were reported.

The Board of Zhongke Group currently comprises five executive directors—Li Kam Hung, Yau Yik Ming Leao, Chen Jianyu, Song Yanyang and Kwan Hung Chun Curtus—alongside one non-executive director, Li Chun Ho (Chairman), and four independent non-executive directors: Tam Tsz Hin, Yu Kwan Tseung, Alvin, Yuan Fangjun and Zhou Zhengcheng.
