Medicskin Maintains Stable Share Capital in April 2026; 39.67 Million Shares Reserved for Options

Medicskin Holdings Limited (Medicskin) reported no changes to its share structure for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to its latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 May 2026.

Authorised share capital remained at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 10.00 million. Issued share capital was steady at 396.74 million shares; the company held no treasury shares, and no share issuances, cancellations, or repurchases were recorded during the period.

Medicskin confirmed that it continued to meet the minimum 25% public-float requirement prescribed under GEM Listing Rule 17.37B.

Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 27 September 2024, a total of 39.67 million shares—representing approximately 10% of current issued shares—remain available for future grant or issuance. No options were exercised, and no funds were raised in April 2026.

The filing reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other share-based arrangements, and management affirmed full compliance with all applicable listing rules and statutory requirements.
