Sino Land Company Limited has announced an interim ordinary dividend of HKD 0.15 per share for the six months ended 31 December 2025, within the financial year ending 30 June 2026.

Shareholders recorded on 18 March 2026 will be entitled to the payout. Key timetable details are as follows: • Ex-dividend date: 12 March 2026 • Latest time to lodge share transfers: 13 March 2026 (16:30) • Book-closure period: 16–18 March 2026 • Dividend payment and share certificate despatch: 23 April 2026 • First trading day of new scrip shares: 24 April 2026

A scrip alternative is offered. Shareholders opting for shares instead of cash will receive new shares valued at HKD 11.50 each, based on the conversion price set by the company. Elections for the scrip option must be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited by 13 April 2026 (16:30). Fractional entitlements will be rounded down to the nearest whole share, with any residual balance refunded in cash.

Cash will be the default settlement for holders who do not submit an election. Partial elections are permitted, allowing investors to receive a combination of cash and scrip.

The interim distribution reflects management’s dividend policy while offering flexibility through the scrip mechanism amid ongoing capital management for the current fiscal year.
