POP MART has responded to a consumer's report regarding a significant delay in the shipment of a blind box. The consumer stated that a Hello Kitty 45th Anniversary series blind box, ordered on September 29, 2019, was only shipped on March 16, 2026, leading to initial confusion.
In its response, POP MART explained that the order was placed through its "Draw Box Machine" mini-program in September 2019. The shipment was delayed because the customer did not save a default delivery address at the time of purchase. The company stated it held the product for the customer. On March 9, 2026, the customer logged back into the mini-program, made another purchase, and provided a default address. Consequently, the system automatically processed the shipment for the original order on March 16.
