YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123) announced that on October 28, 2025, its 95.475%-owned subsidiary, Guangzhou Xinyue Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., successfully acquired the BA0602091 land plot located north of Nanda Expressway in Dashi Street, Panyu District, Guangzhou, for RMB1.194 billion through a public land auction.
The Dashi Street plot covers approximately 29,777 square meters, with a total gross floor area of about 114,771 square meters, including a planned construction area of 77,419 square meters. The land is designated for residential development, and the properties built on it will be sold.
Under planning requirements, the plot must include at least 6,459.6 square meters of road construction and 2,591.81 square meters of green space, which will be handed over to the Guangzhou government upon completion.
Strategically located in Dashi Street, west of Xinguang Expressway and north of Nanda Expressway, the plot lies within the Nanda Expressway economic belt—a densely populated area with strong living amenities. The site is approximately 700 meters from Dashi Station and Dashi East Station (serving Metro Line 3 and the Guangzhou East Ring Intercity Railway), providing quick access to Zhujiang New Town, Pazhou, and Guangzhou South Station.
Adjacent to Nanda Expressway, the plot is about 30 minutes by car from Guangzhou International Finance Center and 25 minutes from Pazhou West. Nearby facilities include Dashi Middle School and Panyu District Second People’s Hospital within a 3-kilometer radius.
The board believes the acquisition at a reasonable cost will enhance the company’s premium land reserves and strengthen its strategic foothold in Guangzhou.
