CHINAHONGQIAO (01378) announced that on August 18, 2025, under the share repurchase authorization granted by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on May 7, 2025, the company purchased 10.151 million ordinary shares at prices ranging from HK$22.10 to HK$23.24 per share. The total purchase price paid for the share repurchase (excluding commissions and other expenses) was approximately HK$234 million.
