FWD Group (01828) announced that effective September 1, 2025, Professor Frederick Ma, the company's independent non-executive director and chairman of the board, has stepped down as chairman of the audit committee but will remain as a member of the audit committee. Mr. Andrew Weir, the company's independent non-executive director and audit committee member, has succeeded Professor Ma as chairman of the audit committee.
