Regencell surged 19% in premarket. This stock has already rocketed 17553% YTD.

Canada's BlackBerry raised its annual revenue forecast on Tuesday, anticipating steady demand for its cybersecurity services amid growing online crimes, sending the company's U.S.-listed shares up 9% in premarket.

QXO (QXO) said late Tuesday it plans to offer $2 billion of common stock and may grant underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional $300 million in shares.

The company said net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include funding future acquisitions.

Shares of QXO dropped over 6% in premarket.

FedEx on Tuesday signaled caution for the year ahead and forecast current-quarter profit short of market expectations amid volatile global demand, sending shares of the delivery giant down 5% premarket.
