Weichai Power Co., Ltd. has announced that its board of directors will convene on 26 March 2026. Key agenda items include:
• Approval of the audited consolidated results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, with subsequent publication on the websites of both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the company.
• Deliberation on the payment of a final dividend, if any.
The meeting will also address other routine corporate matters.
