Shentong Robot Education Group Company Limited (S ROBOT EDU, 08206) has released its latest shareholder materials—comprising the Circular dated 21 September 2026, the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and the related Proxy Form—on both the HKEXnews website and the company’s corporate site (www.srobotedu.com).

Effective immediately, the group will distribute all future corporate communications solely via electronic means, implementing the requirements of Rules 16.04A and 16.04B of the GEM Listing Rules that came into force on 31 December 2023. The shift covers directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Non-registered shareholders are urged to provide functional e-mail addresses to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—so they can receive electronic notifications when new documents are posted online. Without a valid e-mail on file, such shareholders will not receive publication alerts and must proactively monitor the company’s and HKEX’s websites for updates; Actionable Corporate Communications will, however, continue to be dispatched in printed form until an e-mail address is supplied.

Stakeholders preferring hard-copy versions of future communications may request them free of charge by returning the designated reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or by e-mailing shentongroboteducation.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and request details.
