Synertone Communication Corporation announced that Ms. Woodham Mostovaya Ekaterina has tendered her resignation as Non-Executive Director, effective 31 May 2026. The departure is attributed to her commitments to other business engagements.

The company confirmed that Ms. Woodham has no disagreements with the Board and that no matters related to her resignation require shareholder or Hong Kong Stock Exchange attention.

Following the effective date, Synertone’s Board will comprise two Executive Directors—Mr. Han Weining and Mr. You Yiyang—and three Independent Non-Executive Directors—Ms. Li Mingqi, Mr. Xu Wei, and Mr. Xu Dongsen.

The Board expressed appreciation for Ms. Woodham’s contributions during her tenure.
