Keytop Parking Soars on Market Debut, Opening 178% Higher as AI-Powered Parking Pioneer

Shares of Keytop Parking (HKEX: 02272) made a strong debut on the stock exchange. The company's initial public offering was priced at HK$39.55 per share, with a total of 10,112,300 shares issued. The net proceeds from the offering are approximately HK$340 million.

In early trading, the stock surged 178.38% to HK$110.10, with a turnover exceeding HK$133 million.

Since its establishment in 2006, Keytop Parking has evolved into a comprehensive parking industry group integrating smart parking systems, digital management services, and parking lot operations. The company is recognized in the market as the most profitable pure-play smart parking listed company in China, boasting a gross margin of 46.38% and a profit margin of 11.28%. Its adjusted net profit for the comparable period in 2025 reached RMB 120 million, leading the smart parking sector in profitability.

From a technological standpoint, Keytop Parking is positioned as the world's first "AI parking service provider." It is a global pioneer in developing an AI RaaS (Robotics as a Service) platform for the parking industry, utilizing AI digital agents to enhance parking systems. This initiative aims to unlock the value of parking tokens, transforming parking facilities from simple fee-collection points into operable, manageable, and sustainable digital urban assets.

Furthermore, Keytop Parking is the only listed company globally with a dedicated large language model training center for parking lots. By leveraging accumulated real-world operational data, traffic flow data, payment data, and management data from its parking facilities, the company continuously strengthens the application of AI in areas such as space guidance, unattended operations, remote management, payment processing, charging services, and value-added scenarios.
