Crypto Stocks Jump As Bitcoin Tops $104,000

Advocates and holders of crypto will soon influence U.S. policy on the emerging technology after a slew of nominations and advisory appointments by President-elect Donald Trump, who takes office on Monday.

Bitcoin rose approximately 4% compared to the previous day, surpassing $103,000, marking the first time since December 18.

Crypto stocks gained in morning trading. Canaan rose 12%; Hut 8 and CleanSpark rose 8%; MARA Holdings, Bitfarms,Riot Platforms, and MicroStrategy rose 7%; Coinbase rose 6%.
