CHI KINGSTONE (01380) announced that the subscription agreement has been completed on November 12, 2025, in accordance with its terms and conditions. Pursuant to the agreement and the special authorization granted at the extraordinary general meeting held on November 10, 2025, a total of 107 million subscription shares were allotted and issued to subscribers at a price of HK$0.178 per share.
