BlockFin Holdings Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on 27 August 2026. Key items on the agenda include:
• Approval of the consolidated interim results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026.
• Deliberation on the potential declaration of an interim dividend.
The current Board comprises Chairman Sun Lei and Executive Director Zhu Dong, alongside Independent Non-Executive Directors Chen Yigong and Feng Zhonghua. The meeting outcome and any dividend decision are expected to be released following Board approval.
