SEER TECH's Hong Kong IPO Receives Massive Oversubscription, Raising Nearly HK$1 Billion

SEER TECH (SEHK: 06106) has announced the final allotment results for its initial public offering. The company issued a total of 10,497,300 H shares globally, with 20% allocated to the Hong Kong public offering tranche and 80% to the international offering tranche.

The final offer price was set at HK$101.6 per share. The net proceeds from the global offering are expected to be approximately HK$995.4 million. Each board lot comprises 50 shares.

The company's H shares are scheduled to commence trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong Time) on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.

The Hong Kong public offering portion was met with overwhelming investor demand, receiving subscriptions approximately 5,934.56 times the shares available. The international offering was also significantly oversubscribed, by about 21.29 times.
