Nanshan Aluminium International Holdings Limited reported that, as of 31 October 2025, the total authorised share capital remains at USD 50,000, representing 250,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0000002 per share. The total number of issued shares also stayed unchanged at 589,435,200 shares, and there were no treasury shares at the end of the month.

According to the company’s share option scheme adopted on 10 March 2025, the 26,170,000 options granted on 24 July 2025 at an exercise price of HK$39.60 remain outstanding. No new shares were issued during the month under these options, while the total number of shares that may be issued or transferred under the scheme remains at 32,653,530.
