As of October 15, the Ruili Entry-Exit Border Inspection Station reported that the Ruili Port, the largest land port on the China-Myanmar border, has seen over 4 million passengers cross this year, with more than 350,000 transportation vehicles also recorded. Located in Ruili City of Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province, the port plays a crucial role in the trade between China and Myanmar. Statistics indicate that during the third quarter, the port facilitated 1.2727 million passenger crossings, with a daily average exceeding 14,100 crossings. Additionally, there was a 20% year-on-year increase in the clearance volume of cross-border goods such as agricultural materials and products during the same period.

In response to freight demand, the Ruili border inspection station has implemented a "pre-booking customs clearance + bulk inspection" model, collaborating with customs and other departments for "one-time release," which has expedited the customs clearance process by over 60%. So far, the Ruili border inspection station has ensured the entry of over 1 million tons of agricultural products, with peak daily clearances of more than 200 freight vehicles. Furthermore, tailored services have been initiated at the Ruili Port to cater to various cross-border groups, such as the "Belt and Road" dedicated passage, the "Sunshine Passage" for cross-border students, and a "Special Passage" for inbound medical treatment. This year, the port has facilitated educational access for 750 Myanmar students and provided 513 medical visits, along with 38 exclusive customs services for key China-Myanmar cooperative projects.
