On March 21, the "Digital New Shore · HarmonyOS Launch" OpenHarmony Industry Innovation Conference for Guangzhou's Baiyun District was held in Guangzhou. As one of the first core partners for the district-wide smart ecosystem, COUNTRY GARDEN officially signed an ecological cooperation framework agreement with the Baiyun District Government Services and Data Administration Bureau. COUNTRY GARDEN will integrate core resources and capabilities from its business segments, including project management and construction, construction technology, and property services, deeply embedding itself into Baiyun District's "Smart City" development plan. Driven by both "technology and industry," the company will assist the district in creating a nationally leading application demonstration benchmark.

This collaboration represents a significant step for COUNTRY GARDEN in responding to the national digital economy development strategy and deepening its smart ecosystem layout. According to the agreement, both parties will focus on the goal of establishing a district-wide smart system in Baiyun District. Leveraging the district's industrial foundation, application scenarios, and policy coordination advantages, they will engage in deep cooperation in key areas such as smart housing construction, smart communities, and smart parks. This will promote the large-scale implementation of technology in urban construction and public service scenarios.

As the professional project management platform under COUNTRY GARDEN's "One Body, Two Wings" strategy, Phoenix Zhituo, with its industry experience accumulated from over 200 managed projects and nearly 20 million square meters of management area, will serve as the core vehicle for the construction sector in this partnership. Phoenix Zhituo is committed to integrating the district-wide smart ecosystem into the entire project lifecycle management. It will promote comprehensive adaptation of infrastructure and hardware equipment in new construction and urban renewal projects, achieving device interconnectivity and data interoperability across stages such as building construction, park operation, and urban supporting facilities.

Simultaneously, by incorporating the commercial application results of construction robots from BoZhiLin, under the other wing of the "One Body, Two Wings" strategy—Tengyue Construction Technology—the partnership aims to create benchmark "smart construction" projects. Together, they will help Baiyun District achieve the leap from "having a place to live" to "quality living."

As an ecological co-builder, COUNTRY GARDEN will fully integrate resources from its core segments, including project management, construction technology, and property services. It will deeply participate in the full-chain construction of Baiyun District's district-wide smart ecosystem, joining hands with various ecological partners to build a virtuous closed-loop ecosystem of "technology-industry-city." Additionally, the company will engage in in-depth cooperation in areas such as talent cultivation, technical exchanges, and application demonstrations, continuously exploring innovative applications of HarmonyOS technology in urban construction and operation. This will ensure that the benefits of digitalization reach more public service scenarios.
