LERADO FIN-NEW issues proxy clarification, confirms McMillan Woods HK as auditor nominee for 2026 AGM

The Board of Lerado Financial Group Company Limited (LERADO FIN-NEW) released a clarification announcement regarding the proxy form for its Annual General Meeting scheduled on 25 June 2026.

The company explained that Ordinary Resolution No. 5 in the previously circulated proxy form misstated the proposed auditor. The corrected wording now specifies the re-appointment of McMillan Woods (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the Group’s external auditor, with authority granted to the Board to determine remuneration.

Apart from this amendment, all information contained in the 30 April 2026 circular, AGM notice and proxy form remains unchanged. Shareholders who have already lodged proxy forms do not need to take additional action; their submitted proxies will remain valid and may vote at the proxy’s discretion on all duly presented resolutions.

The Board currently comprises three executive directors—Mr. Chen Chun Chieh, Ms. Ho Kuan Lai and Mr. Leung Kam Por Ken—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Yu Tat Chi Michael, Mr. Yang Haihui and Mr. Lam Williamson. The clarification was issued in Hong Kong on 5 May 2026.
