For the month ended 28 February 2026, Buyang International Holding Inc (Stock Code: 02457) confirmed that its total authorised share capital stood at 2.00 billion ordinary shares, each with a par value of US$0.001, amounting to US$2.00 million. There was no change from the previous month’s authorised share capital.
The number of issued ordinary shares also remained at 1.00 billion, with no treasury shares reported. The company confirmed that the applicable public float requirement was met without any variance during the reporting period.
A total of 100.00 million share options remained outstanding under the share option scheme adopted on 18 November 2022. No new ordinary shares were issued pursuant to these options in February 2026.
