Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. (Datang Power) has announced that its board of directors will convene on Tuesday, 28 April 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the group’s unaudited financial results for the three months ended 31 March 2026.
The meeting notice, dated 16 April 2026, was issued by Joint Company Secretary Sun Yanwen from the company’s Beijing headquarters.
As of the announcement date, the board comprises 15 members, including Chairman Li Xiaofei and four independent non-executive directors—Zong Wenlong, Zhao Yi, You Yong, and Pan Kunhua—ensuring governance oversight for the upcoming results review.
