Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on March 16, Shanghai Ningquan Asset Management increased its stake in XINYI ENERGY (03868) by 4.516 million shares, at a price of HK$1.27 per share. The total transaction value amounted to approximately HK$5.7353 million. Following this acquisition, the firm’s total shareholding reached around 769 million shares, representing a stake of 9.03%.
