KUANGCHI (00439) announced that Dr. Liu Ruopeng, Dr. Luan Lin, and Dr. Ji Chunlin have resigned as executive directors to devote more time to developing their other businesses, effective September 10, 2025.
Effective September 10, 2025: 1. Dr. Liu Weiwen, the company's current Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed as an executive director of the company; and 2. Mr. Lin Ge has been appointed as an executive director of the company.
