MING YUAN CLOUD (00909) has announced that Ms. Xiao Zhimiao has resigned from her positions as Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, effective March 18, 2026, due to her work arrangements. The Board of Directors announced that Mr. Zou You has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, and Ms. Li Qiaoling has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary, both appointments effective from March 18, 2026.
