CCB (00939) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CCB Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (CCB Leasing), recently received approval from the Beijing Financial Regulatory Bureau for a capital increase in its wholly-owned subsidiary, CCB Aviation & Shipping Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (CCB Aviation & Shipping). According to the approval document (Jin Fu [2025] No. 644), the registered capital of CCB Aviation & Shipping will be adjusted from $300 million to $300 million plus RMB 3 billion.
