The administrative penalty decision (No. JYFJZ [2025] 20) was issued by the People's Bank of China Jinhua Branch on November 7, 2025, with the violation details recorded as "breach of anti-counterfeiting currency business management rules." The penalty will remain publicly disclosed for one year from the announcement date.
