Hengdeli Holdings (3389) has appointed its independent non-executive director, Ms. Qian Weiqing, as a member of the Nomination Committee effective 27 February 2026. The committee now comprises four members: Mr. Cheung Wing Lun Tony (chairman), Mr. Cai Jianmin, Mr. Liu Xueling, and Ms. Qian.
The appointment aligns with Code Provision B.3.5 in the Corporate Governance Code and is intended to enhance board effectiveness and diversity. The board, chaired by Mr. Cheung Wing Lun Tony, expressed confidence that this decision will further strengthen the company’s corporate governance practices.
