According to the latest Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosure on October 9, MGD Holdings reduced its position in China Bluechem (03983) by 1.016 million shares at a price of HK$2.3001 per share, representing a total transaction value of approximately HK$2.3369 million. Following this divestment, MGD Holdings' remaining shareholding stands at 251 million shares, accounting for 13.98% of the total issued shares.
