According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 4th, shareholders of GANFENGLITHIUM (01772) transferred their shares from BNP Paribas to Citibank, with a transfer value of HK$525 million, representing 3.89% of the total shares.

On September 2nd, GANFENGLITHIUM announced that all placement conditions set out in the placement agreement had been satisfied (including obtaining listing approval), and the placement was completed on September 2, 2025. The company successfully placed and issued a total of 40.0256 million new H shares at a placement price of HK$29.28 per H share on September 2, 2025, to no fewer than 6 placees who are independent professional or institutional investors. This represents 9.02% of the enlarged issued H shares following the placement and issuance of the placement shares.
