BeiGene (06160) announced that the new subscription period for its 2018 Employee Stock Purchase Plan will run from September 2, 2025, to February 27, 2026. Eligible employees will purchase shares (including in the form of American Depositary Shares) after the subscription period ends, with purchase funds deducted from their salaries earned during the subscription period.
