CHINA GAS HOLD (00384) announced that Ms. Chen Yingqi has resigned from her positions as the Group Legal Counsel, Company Secretary, Process Agent (for receiving legal documents in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law)), and Authorized Representative (as required under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK)), effective from November 10, 2025. Following Ms. Chen Yingqi's resignation, the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Chen Peiling as the Legal Head, Company Secretary, Process Agent, and Authorized Representative of the company, effective from the same date.
