Since the beginning of 2026, FOSUN TOURISM has accelerated product innovation and operational execution across its three major business lines: Super Resort, Super Destination, and Super Cultural & Tourism Mall. The company has achieved a series of successes, with robust bookings during the Spring Festival holiday period, marking a strong start to the year.

Under the Super Resort category, leveraging 76 years of vacation operational expertise and continuous product iteration, Club Med, Club Med Joyview, and Casa Bela have expanded the vacation offerings for Chinese families while attracting a growing number of international visitors to begin their journeys in China. Throughout January, the inbound revenue for Club Med's five premium all-inclusive resorts in China tripled compared to the same period last year. As of this week, total booking revenue for the Chinese operations during the Spring Festival holiday has already surpassed RMB 50 million. During the preceding New Year's Day holiday, total revenue for the five resorts increased by 33% year-over-year. Among them, the three ski resorts (Yabuli, Beidahu, and Changbaishan) achieved an average occupancy rate exceeding 97%, while the two sun destinations (Guilin and Lijiang) saw their revenue double.

Club Med Joyview and Casa Bela are building a family vacation ecosystem catering to all ages. During the New Year's Day holiday, the six resorts (Anji, Beijing Yanqing, Qiandao Lake, Heilongtan, Nanjing Xianlin, and Taicang) achieved an average occupancy rate of 94%. Bookings for the newly launched direct-operated winter camp products from January to February increased by 39% year-over-year. As of this week, pre-sales for the resorts during the Spring Festival period are up approximately 10% compared to the previous year. Later this year, the newly established Casa Bela Hangzhou Longwu Resort is set to open.

The Super Destination product line, centered on themes like ocean, snow, and nature-culture, creates regional traffic magnets through content innovation and festive events. In Hainan, Atlantis Sanya hosted the 2026 China Extreme Dance Performance Competition and the launch ceremony for the 2026 Extreme Sports season in January, presenting the fusion of extreme sports and dance art—"Extreme Water Dance"—to visitors up close for the first time. Related events helped drive hotel occupancy rates above 97% during the New Year's Day period. Building on the event's momentum, performances such as "Water Rhyme Luo Shen" and "Starry Koi" will have limited-time encore shows during the Spring Festival, transforming competition-level content into festive experiences and enhancing the destination's sustained appeal.

In Eastern China, Alps Resort Taicang experienced a visitor peak in January and was featured on CCTV's Xinwen Lianbo broadcast. The indoor snow park, Alps Snow World, set new single-day records for both visitor numbers and revenue, with multiple sessions of its ski growth camp selling out. The Casa Bela Taicang Resort achieved full occupancy for several days. From January through the end of February, the Taicang destination is enhancing its winter vacation offerings with a Snow & Lantern Festival that integrates intangible cultural heritage performances with modern song and dance. Featuring five themed light art spaces, over 40 sets of traditional lanterns, and ten thousand square meters of exploration space, the festival enriches the winter holiday experience.

In Southwest China, the Lijiang Mediterranean International Resort is exploring a long-term operational model for residential-style super destinations through a "Nature-Culture + Community Co-creation" approach. During the New Year's Day holiday, the resort received over ten thousand visitors, with the hotel fully booked for two consecutive days. Centered around the "Ameize" IP, the project continues to advance community-driven and content-focused operations, gradually building a community system encompassing outdoor activities, art, music, family programs, and intangible cultural heritage. On January 10th, the Ameize Community Annual Gala was held at the resort, where the 2026 community recruitment policy and artist residency program were announced, aiming to strengthen the destination's long-term vitality through curator collaborations and content incubation.

Regarding the Super Cultural & Tourism Mall line, the first flagship project, HiSphere Chongqing, is progressing according to schedule in its construction and preparatory work, ensuring a smooth opening within the year. The project will reinvent commercial space through a cultural tourism lens, integrating diverse formats such as culture, entertainment, performances, theme parks, shopping, and dining. It is designed to provide a one-stop, immersive urban leisure experience for families, Gen Z consumers, and domestic and international tourists, with a planned debut in the second half of the year.

From the iterative upgrades of resorts and camps, to content innovation in themed destinations, and the steady advancement of urban cultural tourism mall projects, FOSUN TOURISM's three major product lines have demonstrated synergistic strength at the start of 2026, laying a solid foundation for the year's operations and growth.
