ZHENGTONGAUTO (01728) has announced the completion of its acquisition. Following approval from independent shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting, both the completion in China and the completion in Thailand were finalized on March 12, 2026. Subsequent to the acquisition, Xinda Guomao Auto and Guomao Auto (Thailand) have become wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company.
