CUTIA-B (02487) announced that Mr. Tao Deren has resigned from his positions as independent non-executive director, member of the board audit committee, and member of the board nomination committee, effective August 28, 2025, as he wishes to focus more on his other personal matters.

Mr. Zhang Zhisong has been appointed as independent non-executive director, effective August 28, 2025. Following Mr. Tao's resignation from the audit committee and nomination committee memberships and Mr. Zhang's appointment as independent non-executive director, Mr. Zhang has also been appointed as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee, effective August 28, 2025.

Additionally, non-executive director Dr. Xie Qinbo (Ms.) and independent non-executive director Mr. Ye Xiaoxiang have been appointed as members of the board nomination committee, effective August 28, 2025.
