MOG DIGITECH (01942) announced that Ms. Deng Zhiyue, executive director of the company, will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative and agent for service of legal proceedings. Mr. Zhou Jieting has been appointed as authorized representative and agent for service of legal proceedings, effective from September 18, 2025.
