CAPITAL ENV (03989) announced that Mr. Guo Chaoyang will be appointed as Executive Director and General Manager of the company (performing duties equivalent to Chief Executive Officer) effective September 17, 2025. Mr. Li Qingsong will no longer serve as Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective September 17, 2025. Mr. Li Qingsong will continue to serve as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board.
