On March 9, Funde Sino Life Insurance Co., Ltd. reduced its holding in CHINA COAL (01898) by 7.826 million shares, with each share priced at HK$14.15, according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The total value of the transaction was approximately HK$111 million. Following this disposal, the insurer's remaining stake stands at about 1.556 billion shares, representing a 37.9% shareholding proportion.
