Beijing Hyperstrong (688411.SH) Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with CATL

Beijing Hyperstrong Technology Co., Ltd. (688411.SH) announced that it has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL). The agreement, effective from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2035, requires both parties to update their three-year cooperation goals annually by December 1 and sign corresponding memorandums of understanding to confirm the terms.

From January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028, Beijing Hyperstrong commits to purchasing a cumulative total of no less than 200GWh of electricity, while CATL guarantees supply according to the company's demand.

This strategic partnership aims to establish a long-term, stable collaboration, enhance synergistic competitive advantages, and promote efficient resource allocation and mutual benefits. The agreement aligns with Beijing Hyperstrong's development strategy, strengthens supply chain stability, maintains industry leadership, and improves overall competitiveness and profitability, supporting the company's high-quality growth.
