A University of Canberra graduate, Ms. Zhang joined the Group in 2014 and is the daughter of Chairman Mr. Zhang Zhangsun and step-daughter of Executive Director Ms. Ruan Wenjuan. She, too, will hold office until the next annual general meeting and be subject to the customary rotation schedule.
