According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the ministry recently issued a satellite mobile communication business operating license to China United Network Communications Limited. China Unicom can now legally conduct direct satellite connection services for mobile phones and other businesses, deepening applications in emergency communications, maritime communications, and remote area communications scenarios, while enriching communication service and product offerings.

"SpikingBrain-1.0" draws inspiration from brain neuron internal working mechanisms, clearly demonstrating a new feasible path for continuously improving model complexity and performance. The model requires only about 2% of the data volume of mainstream models while achieving performance comparable to many mainstream models in multiple language understanding and reasoning tasks. This represents China's first proposal of large-scale brain-like linear foundation model architecture and the first construction of brain-like spike large model training and inference framework on domestic GPU computing clusters.
