WellCell Holdings Announces 19.9% Expansion in Share Capital via HKD0.24 Top-Up Subscription

WellCell Holdings Co., Limited disclosed that it has enlarged its issued share base by 19.90% through a top-up subscription of 796.00 million new ordinary shares on 16 July 2026.
Prior to the transaction, the company had 4.00 billion issued shares. Following the issuance, the total number of shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) rose to 4.80 billion. The newly issued shares were priced at HKD 0.24 each.
No treasury shares were created, redeemed, repurchased, or sold during the period, and Sections II and III of the return were reported as “Not applicable.”
The board confirmed that the share issue was duly authorised and executed in compliance with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
