Kinwong Electronic Sets HK$69.88 Indicative Ceiling for 72.94 Million-Share Hong Kong IPO, Trading Slated for 29 September 2026

Shenzhen Kinwong Electronic Co., Ltd. has launched its Global Offering of up to 72.94 million H shares, targeting a dual-tranche listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The float comprises 7.29 million shares (10%) for the Hong Kong Public Offering and 65.65 million shares (90%) for the International Offering, both subject to potential reallocation.

The provisional maximum offer price has been set at HK$69.88 per share. Based on this cap, the offering could raise up to approximately HK$5.10 billion before expenses, implying a maximum application outlay of HK$7,058.47 for the minimum lot size of 100 shares, inclusive of brokerage, SFC levy, AFRC levy and trading fee. Each share carries a nominal value of RMB1.00 and will trade in board lots of 100 shares.

Subscription for the Hong Kong tranche opens at 9:00 a.m. on 21 September 2026 and closes at 12:00 noon on 24 September 2026 under a fully electronic application process. Pricing is expected to be finalised on or before 25 September 2026, with allocation results released by 28 September 2026. Dealings in Kinwong Electronic’s H shares are scheduled to commence at 9:00 a.m. on 29 September 2026, subject to the offering becoming unconditional.

CITIC Securities (Hong Kong), Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) and Guolian Securities International Capital Market serve as Joint Sponsors, while CLSA, Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) and Guolian Securities International Capital act as Sponsor-Overall Coordinators and Overall Coordinators.
